Job summary

The role requires a BSN, MN preferred, Ohio RN license and at least two years of clinical leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Two years of clinical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations 24/7.
• Coach and evaluate nursing staff; support the nursing professional practice model.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments to optimize operations.
