Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document patient findings and changes in condition promptly.
• Monitor patients and assist with telemetry as needed on the unit.

• Answer phones, transcribe orders, and maintain unit records as required.
• Maintain safety and emergency readiness in patient care areas.
