Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team with basic nursing tasks, telemetry when needed, and coordination with the RN.

You will handle duties such as toileting, bathing, feeding, vital signs, specimen collection, and safe patient handling, while maintaining a clean, safe environment and delivering compassionate care on the orthopedic unit.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in MT required.
• BLS certification required.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen and water delivery.
• Report patient findings promptly and assist RN on the unit.
• May monitor telemetry and assist with transport of medications.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
• May perform health unit coordination tasks as needed.
