Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Colorado.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, feeding, hydration) and respond to patient/family requests.
• Document patient care findings promptly and report changes to RN.
• Monitor patients (telemetry where required) and assist the care team.
• Transport medications and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with RN and team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform Health Unit Coordinator tasks (phones, orders, unit records).
• Follow plan of care as delegated and execute duties within scope and safety standards.
