Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Four years related experience; supervisory experience required.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per Johns Hopkins equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ambulatory clinic operations.
• Improve patient access, registration, scheduling and revenue cycle processes.
• Monitor performance via Epic work queues, dashboards, and Ambulatory Dashboard.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Lead staffing, training, and process improvement to enhance patient experience.
