Responsibilities

• Use Epic work queues, workbench, and dashboard reports to monitor workflows and staff productivity.
• Evaluate scheduling and patient registration processes; use Ambulatory Dashboard for performance.
• Develop tools/reports to track performance improvement or pilot clinic processes.
• Interpret budget reports and develop financial/operating plans as needed.
• Maintain confidential patient and staff information.
• Manage daily workflows for patient registration, check-in/out, scheduling, and financial clearance.
• Ensure staffing levels and training to promote optimal patient experience and timely access.
