Job summary

Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to join our high-energy team near Disney. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure pristine rooms and public areas to delight guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience, proven supervisory or inspection skills, strong communication, fluent English, and the ability to multitask and use housekeeping

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory, inspector or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
