Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to uphold the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, perform inspections, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant resort environment near Disney.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience, supervisory capabilities, and fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Proven supervisory, inspector or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
