Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain safe, clean experiences for hotel guests, associates, and vendors. You will lead the Housekeeping Team and ensure quality standards across rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities include supervising cleaning operations, managing supplies and inventory, addressing guest requests, and training staff on safety procedures. The role requires physical stamina and strong communication to coordinate with diverse teams

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other staff members.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Review special requests and areas of concentration for smooth housekeeping operations.
• Issue supplies to staff at start of shift to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Log items into Lost and Found and answer inquiries to maintain controls.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect hotel, guests, staff, and assets.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
