Moov Pool Products in Orlando, FL is seeking the first Sales Representative based in Orlando to join our growing team. Reporting to Javier, Regional Sales Manager, you will drive growth, build relationships with current customers, and establish our presence in the region.

You will conduct visits, demonstrations, and presentations, manage a territory pipeline, and collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• CRM experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across the Orlando region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Partner closely with Javier, Regional Sales Manager, and the broader sales team to maximize growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates on territory performance, key accounts, and sales pipeline development.
