Job summary

Moov Pool Products is seeking the first Sales Representative based in Los Angeles to join our growing team. You will report to Darian, Regional Sales Manager, and drive growth with existing customers while expanding our presence in the region.

In this field-based role you will build relationships, conduct visits, demos, and collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, aiming to hit territory targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and customer-focused; field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across the Los Angeles region.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our solutions.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize growth opportunities and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across the region.
• Track market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts within the CRM system.
