DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative in Orlando, FL to expand our door and door products portfolio with commercial customers. You will meet decision makers, build relationships, and drive growth in Orlando and surrounding areas.

The role requires a minimum of two years outside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years outside sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with contacts at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchases of our door products and services
• Cultivate sales with owners/managers across Orlando and surrounding areas
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Influence customers to utilize our line of door products and services
• Maintain and update CRM daily
• Take on additional assignments as needed
