Zusammenfassung

Nelson & Company, a member of the AIR Control Concepts family, is seeking a Sales Engineer in Orlando, FL. You will be the face of the company to engineers, contractors, and owners, driving value by delivering the right HVAC solutions within project constraints and managing your selections, quotes, pricing, and submittals.

You will own projects from start to finish, building relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure equipment is specified and delivered with accuracy and speed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a Commercial/Applied HVAC Sales Engineering role.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Building relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to get our equipment specified and win projects.
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers.
• Assisting mechanical engineers and contractors with problems involving the use of equipment and services and recommending suitable resolutions according to their needs.
• Making equipment selections and developing quotes from project plans and specifications.
• Pricing HVAC equipment and parts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Preparing submittals and managing revisions through approval.
• Coordinating with vendors and internal team members to gather technical and pricing information.
• Managing multiple active quotes and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Staying current on product innovations, codes, and industry changes such as the refrigerant transition.
