Job summary

Community Health Centers in Orlando seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide benefits and leave administration, HRIS support, and employee relations. You will work closely with the Benefits Manager and HR leadership to ensure responsive HR services and accurate data management.

The role includes HR operations, onboarding, performance support, and participation in HR projects to improve processes and the team member experience at CHC locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; or four years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of four years of HR experience required.
• Experience supporting benefit administration, leave programs, and employee benefit questions.
• Experience with HRIS administration, HR reporting, and data management preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations and HR projects preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive HR support focusing on benefits and leave programs.
• Maintains HRIS records and generates HR reports.
• Administers new hire orientation and HR projects.
• Supports employee relations and workplace investigations as assigned.
• Assists with policy development and Team Member Handbook maintenance.
