You will develop expertise in fluid connector technology, work autonomously to exceed sales goals, and collaborate with store managers to ensure exceptional service. Travel to customer sites is expected, with rewards including referral bonuses and sales goal incentives.

Qualifications

• At least two years of proven sales experience.
• Principal knowledge of the fluid connector industry and products.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously to exceed sales goals.
• High School Diploma, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Market Growth: conduct daily on-site sales activities and penetrate new markets.
• Account Management: cultivate long-term relationships with customers and understand operations.
• Technical Expertise: stay current on product developments and provide technical solutions.
• Store Support: collaborate with Store Managers and assist with regional events.
• Administrative Diligence: maintain call reports, itineraries, and expense tracking.
