Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or human services with CCM, CDMS, or CRC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers and families.
• Advocate for effective medical treatment and timely return-to-work through communication and education.
• Identify appropriate providers and facilities to ensure cost-effective, timely care and value for clients and reimbursement sources.
