Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd seeks a Field Case Manager to advocate for injured workers, coordinate care, and ensure timely returns to work. The role covers Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas, with travel to Cherry Hill, NJ, and a home-based office.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license or a health/human services bachelor’s degree with CCM/CDMS/CRC credentials, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver's license and internet access.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services with CCM, CDMS, or CRC.
• Ability to advocate for injured workers and coordinate care across providers.
• Travel required with a home-based office and remote interaction as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to coordinate care for injured workers and families.
• Help achieve recovery and autonomy through advocacy, education, and resource identification.
• Identify providers and facilities to ensure timely, cost-effective services for clients.
