Sedgwick Field Case Manager role combines frontline patient advocacy with collaboration among injured workers, medical providers and employers. You will coordinate treatment plans, communicate across parties, and support timely return-to-work while maintaining a home-based office with regular travel to meet clients.

The ideal candidate brings clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or graduate degree in health or human services with CCM, CDMS, or CRC certification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers and families.
• Assist in recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
