Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Orlando, FL area. You will work face to face with injured workers and medical providers, facilitate recovery, and coordinate care from home with travel to stakeholders as needed.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, communication, and efficient resource utilization to support return-to-work outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services with CCM/CDMS/CRC.
• Valid driver’s license; high speed internet required.
• MVR check may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support and coordinate care for injured workers.
• Advocate for recovery and autonomy through communication and education.
• Identify providers and facilities and coordinate services for timely, cost-effective care.
