Job summary

Connecticut Green Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Origination to build our investment pipeline for environmental infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on organic waste management. The role involves sourcing, structuring, closing, and ongoing management of EI lending opportunities in collaboration with Legal and Investment teams.

Qualifications

Proven business development, lead generation, and origination experience in organic waste management.
Experience closing complex investments or lending transactions in environmental infrastructure, circular economy, or waste management.
Knowledge of project tracking and management with emphasis on customer support.

Responsibilities

Build a pipeline of program participants for EI solutions.
Originate, source, and lead transactions; conduct due diligence with Legal and Investment teams.
Manage the closing process and ongoing transaction monitoring.
