Job summary

Momentum Environmental seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead environmental service and waste processing projects across the Northeast. You will own project investment, secure opportunities, and drive profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

As a seller-doer, you will develop customer relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate scope, and oversee execution from engagement to invoicing and collection, coordinating with Operations, Health & Safety, Finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental services, waste management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, margins, pricing, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of environmental service markets and regional pricing dynamics.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA and state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a seller-doer by identifying, developing, securing, and performing environmental service opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, regulators, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with financial targets.
• Manage project safety, scope, schedule, budget profitability, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with Operations to staff and equip projects and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
