Connecticut Green Bank is seeking a Senior Manager of Origination for Environmental Infrastructure Programs to build a robust pipeline focused on organic waste management and EI initiatives. The role partners with Legal and Investment teams to drive transactions from sourcing to close.

Ideal candidates have proven business development, complex investment experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role requires two days per week in Hartford or So.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and lead generation experience in EI or organic waste space.
• Experience supporting and closing complex investments or lending transactions.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of investible EI opportunities from conception through close.
• Lead sourcing, screening, due diligence, and structuring of transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with market participants and stakeholders.
• Provide updates and reporting to leadership, Board, and partners.
• Support program development and market development initiatives.
