OTO is seeking a Connecticut Practice Lead/Licensed Environmental Professional in a hybrid role based from our Springfield, MA office. The candidate will lead the environmental team, drive growth, and oversee project delivery to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a CT LEP license with 10–15+ years of hazardous waste site experience, strong leadership, and a track record in client relationship management; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires licensed environmental professional (LEP) in CT or eligible for LEP board.
• Experience in hazardous waste site investigation, remediation, and regulatory submittals to CT DEEP.
• Strong client management and business development capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Connecticut practice operations and transition RBCR sites to LEP-of-record.
• Develop and expand the CT practice with existing and new clients.
• Direct project management, technical execution, staff oversight, and financials.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership on strategic direction.
• Support business development with the team to grow clientele.
