Job summary

ClearpointCo. seeks a Risk Management Information Systems – Business Analyst in Houston, TX for a 6-month contract to support Origami Risk administration and enablement across 200+ operating companies.

You will configure forms, workflows, data fields, and mobile experiences, build dashboards, and deliver training materials for end users. Strong RMIS, analytics, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years RMIS BA experience or equivalent.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply logic.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting.
• Experience training non-technical users and supporting end users.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and data capture fields.
• Configure and support the mobile application experience for field users.
• Manage user configuration, roles, permissions, and access provisioning.
• Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to onboard and support operating companies on the system.
• Serve as a point of contact for OpCo-level support requests and escalations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and change history.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Support testing and validation of system updates, patches, and releases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization.
