Title: Risk Management Information Systems – Business Analyst

Summary:
The Risk Management Information Systems - Business Analyst supports the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the enterprise Risk Management Information System (Origami Risk), ensuring reliable platform performance and configuration support across 200+ operating companies. This role combines hands-on system configuration with operating company enablement, serving as a key point of contact for platform support and training.
Duties:
- - Perform daily system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- - Build and maintain dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports for stakeholders
- - Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and data capture fields
- - Configure and support the mobile application experience for field users
- - Manage user configuration, roles, permissions, and access provisioning
- - Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to onboard and support operating companies on the system
- - Serve as a point of contact for OpCo-level support requests and escalations
- - Document system configurations, processes, and change history
- - Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations
- - Support testing and validation of system updates, patches, and releases
- - Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization
Requirements:
- - 5+ years of RMIS Business Analyst experience
- - Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply technical/business logic
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data and reporting tools
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical end users
- - Experience with Origami Risk or another RMIS/GRC platform
- - Experience with EHS, Risk Management, Claims, or Safety systems
- - Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/BI tools
- - Experience supporting enterprise systems and delivering training across multiple business units
Education:
- - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education/experience
