Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with RMIS.
• 5+ years of P&C Insurance experience.
• Strong Excel, Access, SQL Server and Power BI skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RMIS data administration and configuration.
• Configure RMIS to meet client requirements and map data.
• Perform data mapping, conversions, testing and data clean-up.
• Gather and document client requirements with internal/external teams.
• Design and build reports and dashboards to deliver insights.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and support onboarding.
