Job summary

Amtex Enterprises Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst with a heavy emphasis on Risk Management to administer and optimize Origami Risk for 200+ operating companies.

You will configure the RMIS, enable OpCos, and train users, serving as the primary point of contact for platform support. The role requires 5–10+ years in RMIS/BA with strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience with RMIS/GRC platforms and BI tools.

Qualifications

• AT LEAST 5 years of RMIS Business Analyst experience, ideally 10+ years as a Senior BA with heavy risk background.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply technical/business logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical end users.
• Experience with Origami Risk or another RMIS/GRC platform.
• Experience with EHS, Risk Management, Claims, or Safety systems.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/BI tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and delivering training across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and data capture fields.
• Configure and support the mobile application experience for field users.
• Manage user configuration, roles, permissions, and access provisioning.
• Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to onboard and support operating companies on the system.
• Serve as a point of contact for OpCo-level support requests and escalations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and change history.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Support testing and validation of system updates, patches, and releases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization.
