Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an energetic Orientation & Onboarding Coordinator to shape the first day for hundreds of new colleagues across Connecticut's premier health system. You will design engaging orientation experiences, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leaders to ensure every new hire feels welcomed, prepared, and connected from day one.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in HR, onboarding, training, or events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute New Colleague Orientation programs to create a welcoming first day.
• Coordinate logistics for orientation events including scheduling, venues, and staffing.
• Act as a front-line resource for new colleagues and answer onboarding questions.
• Track onboarding metrics and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to ensure smooth onboarding.
