Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement orientation and transition programs for diverse student groups.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure successful program delivery and logistics.
• Support outreach, communications, and engagement initiatives for new students and families.
• Coach and mentor student staff, including Orientation Leaders, in service delivery.
• Assist with program assessment, data collection, and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Provide friendly, responsive service to students and families throughout events.
