Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in higher education administration or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, enrollment management, or orientation programming.
• 2+ years of experience supervising staff and managing complex programs.
• Evening and weekend work required during peak orientation periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and ongoing improvement of new student orientation programs.
• Align orientation efforts with recruitment, admissions, advising, and student support services.
• Supervise professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees.
• Oversee a student-fee-supported departmental budget.
• Collaborate across the university to deliver a coordinated onboarding experience.
