JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Global Delivery and Transformation Lead to set execution strategy and lead a portfolio of initiatives across the Global Technology Center network. The role drives alignment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes through integrated roadmaps and scalable delivery models.

You will lead change management, governance, and executive reporting while coordinating across regions and ensuring adherence to data sensitivity and AI governance standards.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience leading complex programs, enterprise transformations, or strategic portfolios in a large global organization.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable program or project management certification.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs from strategy and business case development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across global Tech Centers, from strategy and planning through execution, adoption, benefits realization and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage integrated transformation roadmaps, including scope, investment, capacity, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, critical paths, delivery quality and expected benefits.
• Establish governance, operating cadence, and executive reporting to enable timely decisions, transparency, escalation, and clear accountability for delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve enterprise dependencies and trade-offs, and translate requirements into integrated delivery plans.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies that embed new capabilities and ways of working while accounting for local requirements.
• Define and track success measures, including adoption, delivery predictability, productivity, risk reduction, stakeholder outcomes, and benefits realization; provide senior leaders with insights and recommendations.
• Strengthen delivery capability by establishing reusable standards, controls, tools, and program management practices; use performance data and lessons learned.
• Mobilize globally distributed, cross-functional teams, clarify ownership and decision rights, and drive accountability across organizational boundaries.
• Promote reusable, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement with human review of outputs.
