Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Curriculum and Instruction or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of countywide learning programs.
• Identify workforce skill gaps and develop targeted training strategies.
• Oversee curricula, workshops, e-learning content, and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement organizational development solutions.
