Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.
• 7+ years in organizational/talent development with 5+ years leading others.
• 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead OL&D team to design and evaluate countywide learning initiatives.
• Oversee curricula, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.
• Manage budgets and vendor contracts for training programs.
• Partner with HR leadership to align initiatives with county priorities.
• Coach and supervise OL&D staff for high-quality delivery.
• Track program effectiveness using metrics and data.
