Qualifications

• Leadership experience demonstrated in student organizations, sports, or projects.
• Internship, work, or project experience in a related field.
• Interest in obtaining a full-time position with CVS Health after graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Supporting change management initiatives through stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
• Developing communication materials including leadership updates, presentations, FAQs, and employee communications.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives.
• Building project management skills through meeting coordination, action tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
• Analyzing survey results, stakeholder feedback, and organizational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting training and adoption activities through the development of training materials, job aids, and feedback collection processes.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and presentation materials that communicate project progress and business outcomes.
• Collaborating with leaders and cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts.
