Job summary

Mouser is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness coordinator to support the OE strategy, translate priorities into actionable activities, and develop materials for teams and leaders. You will help plan, track progress, and maintain OE resources while coaching teams on continuous improvement practices.

Ideal candidates will have strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change-management skills, plus experience delivering training and capability-building across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in organizational effectiveness or related roles.
• Experience supporting training and capability-building in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Translate OE priorities into activities, materials, and engagement plans for teams and leaders.
• Support planning, preparation, and follow-up to ensure momentum across OE initiatives.
• Track actions, commitments, and outcomes to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Support the execution of OE programs, including coordination and maintenance of materials and trackers.
• Gather feedback and insights to inform OE recommendations and next steps.
• Coach teams and individuals to improve ways of working and continuous improvement practices.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials aligned to OE priorities.
• Support measurement of OE initiatives by tracking engagement and progress indicators.
• Maintain OE resources, templates, and processes.
