Job summary

vallenext is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead enterprise training, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will oversee a team delivering training during ERP implementations and ensure high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

You will partner with Operations, IT, HR, Sales, and other leaders to design and improve programs, drive change management, and manage knowledge and document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in OD, business, HR, or education.
• 5–8+ years in organizational development, training leadership, or L&D.
• Experience leading learning teams and enterprise training programs.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers delivering training across ERP platforms during new customer implementations.
• Design scalable, blended training programs aligned with processes and customer requirements.
• Partner with HR to develop leadership and people skills training and professional growth initiatives.
• Drive organizational change initiatives, improve adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
• Oversee quality management practices, ISO compliance, and document control.
