Job summary

The position requires extensive manufacturing and materials/ERP experience, with a focus on training development, process governance, and system troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Associate's Degree with 9+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience in supply chain, materials management, or procurement is preferred
• Mastery of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and materials process logic

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training milestones (30/60/90 days) for MRPs, Buyers, and materials staff
• Lead SOP creation and governance for core materials processes
• Troubleshoot ERP/MRP issues and support root-cause analysis of discrepancies
