Placements24 is seeking an HR Officer with Organizational Development specialization to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee growth at our client site in Upington, Northern Cape. You will design OD programs, lead leadership development and manage talent initiatives while partnering with management to implement strategic changes.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR with strong OD, training and analytics capabilities, plus proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on OD, training or talent management.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating training and OD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development programs including talent management, leadership development and succession planning.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Support change management initiatives with effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with business goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify development gaps and propose training solutions.
• Assist in developing employee engagement strategies and improve processes.
• Collaborate with HR team on recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
