Placements24 is partnering with a prominent management consultancy to recruit a Management Consultant specializing in Organizational Development for clients in the East London, Eastern Cape region. The role focuses on optimizing structure, culture, and human capital to drive performance and strategic goals.

You will work on change management, talent strategy, leadership development, and culture transformation, with a hybrid work model that blends remote work flexibility and essential in-person

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, MBA or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or change management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful organizational development programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management theories, and talent management strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Superb communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid work environment, collaborating both remotely and in person.
• Experience working with businesses in the Eastern Cape is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant assessment tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, cultures, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for change management, talent development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate workshops focused on team building, communication, and cultural alignment.
• Advise clients on best practices in human capital management and organizational design.
• Support the implementation of new organizational initiatives and monitor their impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform recommendations on organizational development.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
• Balance remote work responsibilities with client site visits and in-office collaboration as needed.
