Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks an Organizational Development partner to support design and delivery of programmatic development initiatives within key business units.

You will provide thought partnership to HR partners on training, leadership practices, and change management, ensuring effective communication and performance improvement. Responsibilities include designing OE strategies, creating tools for leadership and team-building, diagnosing issues with talent analytics, and tracking

Qualifications

• MA in industrial/organizational psychology strongly preferred or BA and 1-3 years related experience.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Partners with HR business partners to assess, design, and implement organizational effectiveness (OE) strategies and tools to ensure strong, business focused programs that support and enhance the business units.
• Develops solutions, tools, and training necessary to deliver best-practice leadership, team-building initiatives, change management initiatives and other organizational development initiatives. Ensures processes are streamlined, efficient and meet business needs. Supports implementation of business initiatives.
• Procures necessary tools/resources to support overall service requirements. Diagnoses potential organizational problem areas using talent analytics data and other sources of data input. Makes recommendations on solutions and interventions based on analysis.
• Creates project timelines and deadlines.
• Develops and monitors project plans. Prepares reports on project plans, milestones, metrics, and budgets to track progress and effectiveness of all programs.
