Qualifications

• Previous M&A, finance, or audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial analyses and valuation modeling to support M&A.
• Participates in all aspects of M&A including due diligence.
• Develops data analytic dashboards and presentations for reporting.
• Performs market research for key initiatives.
• Delivers insights and recommendations from analyses.
• Supports strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
• Assists with project tasks and process improvements.
• Communicates issues and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
