Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for support of the design, delivery and evaluation of programmatic organizational development initiatives for specific business units. Provide thought partnership and guidance to HR business partners regarding training and organizational development best practices, instructional design principles, organizational design theory, leadership practices, performance improvement, change management and communication.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

• Partners with HR business partners to assess, design, and implement organizational effectiveness (OE) strategies and tools to ensure strong, business focused programs that support and enhance the business units.
• Develops solutions, tools, and training necessary to deliver best-practice leadership, team-building initiatives, change management initiatives and other organizational development initiatives.
• Ensures processes are streamlined, efficient and meet business needs.
• Supports implementation of business initiatives.
• Procures necessary tools/resources to support overall service requirements.
• Diagnoses potential organizational problem areas using talent analytics data and other sources of data input.
• Makes recommendations on solutions and interventions based on analysis.
• Creates project timelines and deadlines.
• Develop and monitor project plans.
• Prepares reports on project plans, milestones, metrics, and budgets to track progress and effectiveness of all programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
• Qualifications MA in industrial/organizational psychology strongly preferred or BA and 1-3 years related experience
