This role partners with organizational leaders and departments to determine learning and development solutions that will improve business results, enhance culture, and drive organizational success. The specialist cultivates strategic partnerships with staff and leaders to develop trust, confidence, and credibility.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Facilitator and DDI Facilitator Preferred.
Master's Degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or a Related Field Required. Doctorate in Education or Psychology Preferred.
3 Years in Organizational Development and/or Consulting Required. 5 Years in Leadership Development and/or Program Development and/or Consulting Preferred.
