Job summary

Upgrade, Inc. in Phoenix seeks an Organizational Development Program Manager to drive organizational effectiveness. You’ll design, implement, and manage strategic OD programs in collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and stakeholders to boost engagement and efficiency.

You will lead initiatives across leadership development, performance, succession, and training, using data to guide decisions and promote learning, inclusivity, and growth. This is an on-site role in downtown Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in Organizational Development, Program Management, or similar role in tech environment.
• Strong understanding of OD theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; capable of influencing at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and OD-related software/tools; certification a plus.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities across departments.
• Design and deliver programs on leadership development, engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with HR to integrate OD with talent management processes including succession and training.
• Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to promote learning and collaboration.
• Use data-driven insights to measure OD impact and adjust programs as needed.
• Act as a change agent, promoting resilience and addressing resistance to change.
• Stay updated on OD trends and apply innovative approaches to effectiveness.
