Job summary

Upgrade is seeking an Organizational Development Program Manager for our Phoenix office. You will drive organizational effectiveness by designing, implementing, and managing strategic programs in collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and stakeholders to boost employee engagement and operational efficiency.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on leadership development, change management, and talent retention, using data-driven insights to measure impact and address resistance to change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Org Psychology/Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in OD/Program management roles, preferably in tech.
• Strong OD theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and OD software/tools.
• Certification in OD/change management is a plus.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of OD initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design and deliver programs on leadership development, engagement, performance, and retention.
• Partner with HR to integrate OD with talent management, succession, career development, and training.
• Facilitate workshops and team-building to foster learning and collaboration.
• Use data-driven insights to measure effectiveness and adjust initiatives.
• Act as change agent, promote resilience, and address resistance through engagement.
• Stay current on OD trends and apply innovative approaches.
