Job summary

Wellpath is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to partner with leaders and the HR team to design and deliver development programs, leadership training, onboarding, and succession planning. You will assess needs, analyze data, and build practical solutions that drive performance and engagement.

This role requires at least three years in OD/LD/HR or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a Master’s. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/LMS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in OD/LD/HR/ Talent Management or Employee Engagement.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, and group discussions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams; HRIS/LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and stakeholders to identify organizational needs and development opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs, manager training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development processes.
• Lead organizational development projects, evaluate program effectiveness, and support change management initiatives.
