• Master’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and recommendations to management on organizational development and training.
• Develops and delivers organizational development programs to meet university needs.
• Partners with HR and colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Aligns training with team building, change management, and work design.
• Provides advanced-level organizational development consultation to department managers.
• Researches trends and designs management development curricula for a broad employee population.
• Leads coordination, development, and presentation of workshops and training activities.
• Manages metrics to evaluate project effectiveness.
• Conducts organizational design reviews and makes data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborates in HR management meetings and strategic planning.
• May conduct departmental retreats and team-building activities.
