Job summary

L’OCCITANE Group (B Corp) is seeking an Organizational Development Intern to join our People & Organizational Development team in New York. You will support initiatives that strengthen employee experience, culture, and leadership development, gaining hands-on exposure to our people strategies.

You'll help with onboarding enhancements, coordinate leadership development programs, and assist in professional development efforts for office-based teams, while collaborating across HR to align talent,

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural inclination to assist others and foster a welcoming, people-first culture.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Enthusiasm for learning, collaboration, and improving employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination, data tracking, and onboarding and development documentation.
• Help design and update communication materials, presentations, and resources for learning and culture initiatives.
• Conduct research on best practices in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, training sessions, and team events.
• Participate in regular check-ins and planning sessions with the Director of People & Organizational Development.
• Support the integration of AI tools into learning and development workflows to improve efficiency and content quality.
