The one-year internship offers hands-on projects in office culture, decor planning, event logistics, influencer outreach, and cross‑functional collaboration with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a related bachelor's degree program.
• Creative with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Self-motivated, independent worker, and a team player.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with interest in influencer marketing.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive office culture.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
• Coordinate decor elements to create a luxurious ambiance and refresh office spaces.
• Manage events, meetings, and executive visits, including logistics and catering.
• Support influencer outreach campaigns and coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders.
