Job description

Title: Program Manager Sr (OCM Practitioner)

Duration: 24 months

Location: remote, with travel to PI meetings in DC/Philadelphia/Wilmington Metro Area

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Change Management background with expertise in Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles.
  2. Experience managing change in projects developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  3. Experience establishing and managing an OCM Community of Practice.
  4. Experience developing onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs for new hires.
  5. Ability to create Change Impact Assessments, Resistance Management, and User Adoption Plans.
  6. Experience creating ADKAR Survey Assessments.
  7. Proficiency in continuous process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and empathy interviews.
  8. Facilitation skills for webinars, user workshops, Lean Coffee sessions, book clubs, and hosting podcasts.
  9. Advanced proficiency with MS Office products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word), including managing MS Teams breakout rooms, polls, and surveys.
  10. Proven experience with SAFe PI Planning.
  11. Experience with collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, and MS Team Whiteboard.
  12. Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  13. Certifications: Prosci or Kotter, SAFe (Coach, RTE).
